Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on deodorants once they've been purchased. This applies to products that are opened, used, unused, or partially used.
All sales are final.
For Transit Damage or Manufacturing Defects
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Send an email to Info@juudcares.com with:

Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

A brief description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange either (a) a replacement of the affected unit(s) at no additional cost or (b) a store credit of equal value, at our discretion. We may request that you retain the product and packaging until the investigation is complete.
Wholesale Orders - Refund Policy
All wholesale orders are non-refundable. This includes any deposits or full payments made for wholesale purchases. Once an order is confirmed, we begin production or reserve stock specifically for you, and cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
Please ensure all order details, including product selections, quantities, and shipping information, are correct before confirming your order.
If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or credit, but refunds will not be issued.
